Agreement Between Vendors and Littleton Q+: By participating in the Downtown Littleton Farmers Market, vendors agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Littleton Q+ reserves the right to enforce these terms and may modify them at any time. Vendor Eligibility: All vendors must be local artisans or producers of handmade goods and foods. Littleton Q+ reserves the right to review and approve vendors based on the criteria stated. Product Eligibility: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Littleton Q+ reserves the right to prefer products that are grown, produced, or created by the vendor, and of high quality and freshness. Booth Setup and Display: Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, display, and cleanliness. Displays must be aesthetically pleasing and in line with the market's family-friendly atmosphere. Vendors are required to maintain a neat and organized booth throughout the market hours. Insurance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their products, booth, and operations. Littleton Q+ is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by vendors. Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to their products and business operations. This includes, but is not limited to, health and safety standards, permits, sales taxes and licenses. Marketing and Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to actively promote the Downtown Littleton Farmers Market through their own marketing channels. Littleton Q+ may also include vendors in its marketing and promotional efforts. Termination of Participation: Littleton Q+ reserves the right to terminate a vendor's participation for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any inappropriate conduct. Force Majeure: Littleton Q+ is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, war, government regulations, or other unforeseen events. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Littleton, Colorado. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Littleton, Colorado. Cancelation Policy: If you are unable to make a market date you are scheduled for you, please let the market manager know 48 hours in advance. Cancelation less than 48 hours in advance may incur a $35 fee (the market minimum). Drop Policy: Three cancelations of less than 48 hours notice or one no-call no-show may result if you no longer being able to participate in the market and a potential fine of up to $100.
